At the foot of the Tejina Mountain Natural Monument lies Tejina de Isora, a village of ancient origin, visible in its architectural heritage, such as its 16th-century chapel, located in the Loma de los Panchos area.
This village is mainly characterised by agriculture. For this reason, it is home to one of the most important cooperatives in the municipality, founded in 1964 and dedicated to the marketing of tomatoes and bananas (the two most important crops in the municipality and also the basis of its economy), among other products.
This makes Tejina de Isora the ideal place to learn more about the agricultural activity in the area.
