At M.B (Martín Berasategui), Basque restaurateur Erlantz Gorostiza offers a cuisine in which talent, creativity, imagination, savoir-faire, and prime quality ingredients are a constant. Any of its dishes is worth recommending, but the grilled tuna belly over Iberian broth dashi spaghetti and the flame-broiled pigeon breast on a bed of cocoa, pickling foam, beetroot and crispy yogurt are worth highlighting. The waitstaff are highly qualified. The cellar contains over 700 references.

It’s also worth nothing that Alexis García was recognized as the Best Pastry Chef of the Year at Madrid Fusion.
