El Puertito

Playa de San Juan and Alcalá in Guía de Isora
Playa de San Juan and Alcalá are spots that stand out for their good visibility, extraordinary rock formations, caves and diverse underwater world, which makes these places suitable for this activity. With diving depths of 10 to 40 metres there are dive sites that are suitable for both beginners and experienced divers. Lava formations alternate with sandy areas full of life. More than 20 exciting dive sites with ledges, steep walls and caves offer variety for every dive. The biodiversity of the Atlantic with its cuttlefish, octopus, moray eels, various types of schooling fish, large black rays, also known as black stingrays, make the dives a special and unforgettable experience. In the winter months, angel sharks and shiners are also present.
In Playa de San Juan you can do this activity with the diving centre “Pama Diving“, and in Alcalá “Diveria” and “Diversion Tenerife“.
