Join the mountain race in Guía de Isora

Do you like mountains and sport? Don't miss the race in Guía de Isora on 12th March! Distances of 32, 20 and 10 km in different age categories so that you can compete according to your abilities. More than 300 runners already confirmed, sign up now and live this sporting experience!

On the 12th of March this year the mountain race will take place again in the municipality of Guía de Isora. A sporting event that brings together locals and people from all over the Canary Islands who want to participate and live this sporting experience.

On this occasion, the race will have distances of 32, 20 and 10 kilometres, in different age categories, so that everyone can compete according to their abilities and physical condition.

Given this call, the Guía de Isora 2023 Mountain Race already has more than 300 runners who have confirmed their participation.

Characteristics of the 10 km course

This route has a start time stipulated at 9:15 am, with a maximum altitude of 910 m and a minimum of 580 m. 

There will be only one refreshment point along the route, as it is the shortest of the three races, starting from Plaza de Guía, passing through Jaral, Chirche and then arriving at the finish line.

Characteristics of the 20 km course

This year’s edition features a new 20 km route, which will start at 9:30 am and will take a maximum of 5 hours to complete. The maximum altitude will be 1,235 m while the minimum will be 585 m. On this route, participants will have 3 refreshment points.

Characteristics of the 32 km course

This course is the longest of the race and will have several points with a time limit to continue participating in the race. 

The stipulated maximum altitude is 2,055 metres, while the lowest is 585 metres. Like the previous one, it will have only 3 refreshment points and will have a total finishing time limit of 8 hours, starting at 9 am.
