Description
Camping is a nice option to enjoy outdoors and surrounded by nature. In the municipality, there is an enabled area for camping, located in Chio, where it is possible to spend the night in tents, motor homes, caravans or other adapted vehicles.
Get Your Permit
In order to camp, you will first need to obtain a permit (after filling out a registration with the dates you’ll be camping, number of people in your party, and your personal contact information). You can obtain this permit in the following link and will need to take a copy with you to show the Authorities.
Planning and preparation
The maximum camping time is 7 days, with prior authorization.
The permission can be made individually or for several people. To reserve more caravan seats, additional camping requests must be processed.
There is a recreational area nearby (Chio recreational area), whose closing hours are 7:00 pm. in winter and 9:00 pm. in summer.
Services
The camping areas do not have their own equipment, however most of them are located nearby a recreational area with many services such as toilets, stoves and water, which the campers can use, with the same conditions established for the recreational area.
