It is located a few kilometers away from one of the most important resorts in the south of the island. The access road to the airport is through the highway TF-1.

By boat
Shipping companies operate in the Port Los Cristianos, in the south Tenerife, connecting with other ports: San Sebastián, in La Gomera; La Estaca, in El Hierro, and Sta. Cruz de La Palma. There are also some boat trips around the island to see Los Gigantes Cliffs, as well as dolphin and whale watching trips.
